Order Cancellation Before Processing

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has entered the processing, packing, or dispatch stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number
• Name used while placing the order
• Registered email address or phone number
• Reason for cancellation, if applicable

We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled through a cancellation request.

If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, please contact us for guidance. Refusing or returning a shipment does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Any eligible return or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy .

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully approved and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or refund mechanism.

Refund processing may take [X] business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation may be requested before the order is processed or dispatched.

If a COD order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Order Modification

Requests to change an order, such as changing the product, quantity, fragrance, delivery address, or other order details, should be made before the order is processed or dispatched.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, modifications may no longer be possible.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place multiple orders for the same products, please contact us immediately with the relevant order numbers.

We will try to cancel duplicate orders where they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Promotional Offers and Free Gifts

If an order placed using a promotional offer, discount, or free gift is cancelled or partially cancelled, the applicable discount or promotional benefit may be recalculated.

Any refund will be calculated based on the final eligible order value after applying applicable discounts, offers, or promotional benefits.

Cancellation by Khud Aroma Wellness

Khud Aroma Wellness reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product being unavailable or out of stock
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Unable to verify order or payment information
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Delivery restrictions affecting the provided address
• Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be initiated.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

Refusing a shipment or failing to accept delivery is not considered an approved order cancellation.

Any refund for a refused or failed delivery will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable shipping or return costs.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

In such cases, customers should refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns and refunds.
