At Khud Aroma Wellness, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and how refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been processed, packed, or dispatched from our facility. Because we process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing your order. Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately with the following details:

• Order Number (e.g., #KAW-XXXX)
• Registered customer name & phone number
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will verify your order status and confirm via email or phone whether cancellation is successful.

3. Dispatched Orders & Doorstep Refusal

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled. Refusing delivery at the doorstep does not automatically initiate a refund. Dispatched packages must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the entire order amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet). Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing cycle.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch with no fee. However, repeated refusal of verified COD shipments upon delivery may lead to a permanent restriction of COD payment eligibility on your account.

6. Order Modifications

If you need to change your delivery address, bottle size, or fragrance variant, please request the change before order processing begins. Once shipped, addresses and contents cannot be modified.

7. Cancellation by Khud Aroma Wellness

Khud Aroma Wellness reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including: out-of-stock items, pricing or description errors, failure to verify payment/customer credentials, or non-serviceable pin codes. If your order is cancelled by us, your full payment will be refunded immediately.
