4. Product Availability & Pricing

All items displayed are subject to inventory availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per account or discontinue product lines without prior notice.

While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, typographical or algorithmic errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed at the incorrect rate, promptly initiating a full refund if payment has already been collected.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not signify definitive fulfillment acceptance. We reserve the right to review, reject, or void orders suspected of reseller fraud or address inaccuracies.

Order cancellations are strictly subject to our Cancellation Policy. Once a shipment enters processing or is handed over to our courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery

All online payments must be executed via authorized payment gateways using legitimate credit/debit cards, UPI channels, or net banking facilities. Failed or suspicious payments will result in the order being placed on hold or voided.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to provide accurate contact information and settle payments upon parcel handover. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in permanent blacklisting from future COD privileges.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Order handling, transit intervals, and shipping rates are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Due to hygiene regulations, open or applied perfumes and attars cannot be returned. All product returns, replacements, and refund claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Fragrance Safety & Usage Precautions

All fragrance compounds, perfume oils, and wellness goods should be used exclusively as instructed on outer packaging:

• Perform a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before regular application.
• Discontinue use immediately if redness, burning, or allergic irritation occurs.
• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, sensitive membranes, or broken skin. Keep out of reach of children and domestic pets.

Khud Aroma Wellness is not liable for dermal reactions or health sensitivities stemming from individual allergies or product misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand insignia, proprietary labels, photography, copywriting, website layouts, and product designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Khud Aroma Wellness. Reproducing, re-publishing, redistributing, or exploiting any content for commercial gain without explicit prior written authorization is prohibited.

10. Customer Reviews & Testimonials

By posting feedback, testimonials, or photographic reviews on our channels, you grant Khud Aroma Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature, display, and publish that media across our online store and social collateral. We reserve the right to delete content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
